PSU-PC: INSTALLING PSU FOR PC (HELP)

I'm installing PSU for the PC, and I keep getting an error message as it's fixin to load (message is in Japanese)! I've updated my direct X and my comp is good, so does anyone know what I'm talking about? ANy HELP?? Would like to play soon! I get that message and then I click it and it closes out. What the heck???

Have u visted the PSU official board? There was a thread in there that had the same issue. I think there's a few of these on here as well, just hit up a search or something on the technical sections of both sites.
