It should be possible for one person to submit a full luck forecast. I, personally, usually wait until midnight PST to check the luck and submit it to PSU IRC and PSUPedia, but I can't give a full report to PSO-W. It's kind of annoying, to be honest.

Any way you could consider making it to where you can submit multiple reports to fill the entire forecast?

I've noticed that by the time the PSOW luck chart is updated, its almost time for it to change again. Example being Beast Females having Lv1 luck yesterday, if I didn't have one, I wouldn't have known.

I do agree with Remedy though, if I see people with certain luck levels, Id like to be able to report those as well as my own luck.

The algorithm that drives the luck board is set to be replaced in the near-term future. The new method should produce results far earlier in the day.

I will probably be adding an "Advanced" form to the luck script so that people can submit luck for multiple character types. Should go live sometime this week if I do http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Yay. Thank you, Tomeeboy. I like submitting luck to PSUPedia, and it'll be nice to submit luck here, too. :3

A small update has been made to the script today so that character types that have not yet received enough votes to be considered "validated" will display a question mark instead of a zero. This will hopefully make the need for additional votes more obvious in those situations. It should also differentiate character types that have "validated" luck values of "0" from character types that haven't received enough votes yet to display a luck value.

More improvements to come in the near future http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Odd. I haven't been able to submit a vote ever since I posted this topic. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Is it giving you an error or something?

Thing is that I get confused on some stuff... what is the psu server time for EU's time in france? This also makes it complicated for us EU as the change of luck might occur in the middle of the day http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

The luck resets nightly at 12 midnight PST (GMT -8). This also happens to be the time that our web server runs on. The newest version of the script shows question marks for character combinations that have not yet received enough "luck votes", so the grid will default to all question marks at 12 midnight PST every night. In almost all cases, if a question mark is still showing for your character combination, it will be safe to cast a vote for whatever your luck is in the game at that time.

So we have 8 hours difference in UK and 9 for some of us in France?... which means that it resets at 9 o'clock in the morning... that's ok, since I never play before that. Thx.

Yeah. It's telling me that I may only submit one "finding" per day to it, even though I haven't submitted one since I made this topic.

And yes, it's STILL doing it to me. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Hm.. you don't happen to share an internet connection with somebody who has been submitting findings every day, do you?

No one else in my house plays PSU, so no.

And my wireless LAN is WEP-encrypted, so no. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
