My iTunes Store thinks I'm Japanese.

Everything in my iTunes store seems to be in Japanese.
I also had a friend who had this happen to him, and he hasn't fixed it yet either.
I downloaded the software update and the latest version of iTunes (7.0.2) but still no luck.

Just scroll down to the bottom, and you can change the country as you see fit. Mine got stuck on Japanese for a while, too.
