Is PM synth success rate based off of stats of the kind of pm it is? If I want to make guns and have a 430, does it matter if I am 100 ranged, or can I be 42 ranged, 55 striking, and 3 tech (yes, this makes a gm-430)? Will the 100 ranged and 82 ranged pms (both GM-430s) have the same success rate when making ranged weapons?
