To try to keep the overpricing at bay, I have created a web page with accurate NPC shop pricing and easy to use percents. This is located here (http://web.max-evolution.com/PSUStorePrices.html).

Hopefully this will help everyone trying to run a shop.

Looks good, I'd reccomend changing the background colour of that page. Looking at white pages is like staring into a glowing lightbulb to me.

Wow, thank you very much!, that's a godsend, and certainly well organized.

just one question, when and how does one find the rebate shops ?

i'm still a bit miffed i held on to my money instead of getting one asap ...

I have a question. Did you use tab when you made this because it is completely unreadable for me. There are numbers everywhere and I have no clue what anything is worth. If you used tab it is set up differently on all computers so some people may have trouble reading this like me. If not then I am not sure what is wrong because everything looks completely scrambled.

It's an exported Excel spreadsheet. It works in Firefox 2.0 and IE (that I know of).

Err, I think you are mistaken. The "80% Store" and "50% Store" columns should be read as "80% off Store Price" and "50% off Store Price." These were added as convenience to someone trying to figure out what to price stuff in their store.

Thanks for the site. I had originally thought of posting this info myself since I wrote everything down in a notebook.

Nice start.

I have tons of items priced at 30%-35% in my thread in the Trade forum. You can retabulate and add those items to your list. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Link is in my sig.

Well, it's simple, but I think it's helpful as a reference for those who need to know certain prices.

I've updated the website based on the second post of this topic (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=125538&forum=22&9). It lists the prices as they are in the JP version of PSU.

hey I hope you don't mind, I posted a link to this in the PS universe boards too- in a discussion about overpricing in shops. If you mind, tell me and I'll edit it out, ok? Thanks

An update would be nice.

The other day I needed Vestaline and I went to 30+ shops and every single one had Vestaline priced at over $6,000 (sometimes as high as 20,000 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif). I ended up synthing some and buying the rest from the NPC for 6,000 each.

I looked for a Burst Rifle and only one existed for sale at $325,000 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

I ended up buying the board and materials and made my own for a little over 200,000.

After taking a very long extended break, I'm back. Some of you that use this spreadsheet may have noticed that it was taken down for a week or two. This was because I figured it was obsolete, and that prices had changed or new items were added. However, after looking in the shops, it seems like my prices were still current, and that there was nothing new to add to the spreadsheet. So, I have re-uploaded it to a new location, here (http://web.max-evolution.com/PSUStorePrices.html). The original URL will point to this new one.

If anyone finds anything wrong with the listings or sees something that I've missed, please post here. I don't list clothes or anything like that, since this is purely for shopkeepers that like to keep their prices under the NPC's.
