Is the only difference between these and the regular Moons is that HP is fully recovered? Or by reviving via MoonX you do not lose points for the death in the end?

in the discription it looks like aoe raise too, but I never got to try it out.

J/K the MOON X's also act like reverser and clear status effects of those around you.
