Are these actually attainable in GC (particularly US)? The description in the database says how you need to take said parts to "Famitsu's Todays rate" or something like that... does that mean it is only available to japan? Or are they just drops that are rare (for example, instead of dropping Baranz parts, they drop the launcher).

Thanks! I guess this would apply to all of the Sunset by Secret Base mission as well... are these also not available in GC, or only on GC Japan?
