Night area-ep 2

I have been watching videos on this website... I see this dark area sometimes that looks like seaside area with a fire and occasional flashing things. I don't play episode 2 much and have never gotten very far. where is this? or is this seasde on ultimate or something?

If when you say dark you mean it looks like night time it could be the contol area on Gol Da Val island. And its dark in normal too not jnust ultimate. But your discriptions kinda fuzzy so im not sure.
