Food Items and Your PM's

Anyone have a list of what these food adds to your PM's.

Right now I am trying to raise my PM tech. I know fruit juice rasies power by 12 and the board is just 100 mesta. Id like to know what food rasies tech.

um okay listen food boosters (the shiftra item ect) and restoratives are all in the same grouping as PM feeding goes.

all these items up stricking, while also raising tech a small bit.
