GC: New Mag: didnt evolve

I read the new mag section on new mags on GC. My mags stats were
Def 12
Dex 48
Pow 58
Mind 2

It was supposto evolve into the new GC mag.
Both Def and Dex add up to 60, while Pow and Mind add up to 60, my mags level was 120. Over 100. Why did it not evolve? This was for my Racaseal, Greenill ID.

Take another look at the GC mag guide. If you're a greenil, you need your Def + Mind = Pow + Dex, not Dex + Mind = Pow + Def.

Sorry for putting this post up. I was kinda unpatient with my mag. I re-read the mag guide. Certain Section ID's have certain predesignated stats to match. My Character was greenill and needed 2 other stats to match. I guess this post might benefit who ever is looking into evolving their mag.

Ok, I gave my mag to my Whitill Force Female, the mag level was 120 and the stats matched, Dex+Def 60 and Pow+Mind 60, it still does not want to evolve. Do I need to wait till 130 and have my force feed it at 129 and evolve it at 130? The thing is the mag was already 120 with matching stats and I fed it with the force, does that effect it?
