Any MAG will do, it just depends on the stats. For a FOrce, a 5/0/0/145 MAG would probably be the best.
As to how to get it, check the MAGS section of the guides. Its usually of some help.

How you want to use that Force also decides which stats would be helpful.

a very strong mind with some defence would be nice

Make a Mind Mag with the stats of 13/0/0/187. You will be surprised at how much powerful your character will be with that Mag.

How did you get to this?

With only Monofluids it only goes to 15/0/0/185.

you have to work against def at the beginning - after the second evo or so, iirc, you can feed it stuff that lets def drop again.

If you deposit your Mag in the bank after you feed it once, any odd numbers in the meter will round down. (These numbers are not shown. You can only find them out mathematically.) So if the Defense was at 37 out of 100, and the Mind was 62 out of 100, depositing your Mag will result in odd numbers to change. The Defense will change to 36 out of 100, but the Mind will stay at 62 out of 100. So, you can actually use this as an advantage when raising Mags. But, you only have to do this until the Mag is level 35, since giving Monofluids will raise only Mind starting at that level. The hard part is actually getting your Mag to level 35.

In the end, I was able to make these three Mags with this technique:
12/188/0/0 Power Mag
13/0/0/187 Mind Mag
5/5/190/0 Accuracy Mag
All of these three Mags are extremely useful, especially when creating new characters to use.
