No, but I can probably answer your question anyway.

After you leave room one and kill off all the enemies in room 2, go back to room one and a flower thingy will spawn. You also need to go back later on and use the red key to kill 3 or 4 enemies in the second locked area, but you probably knew that.

i figured it out. the easiet way, rather than going back to kill the rogues in the locked room, is kill them from the other side, i got s-rank just today doing it
