At the request of several people, I've created a NPC Store Price listing page. It can be found here:

This page breaks down shops by planet and mode. Once you click on a shop, you'll get a full listing of its current stock. There are a number of sort options that should make viewing a shop's stock easier.
At the moment, there are no stock entries for offline mode. Once we get around to entering that information, the stock information will represent the shop entries as they appear in Extra Mode.
