nope Nugz didn't h4xed the game, you should visit some of the shop online. People selling A rank weapons and Armors.

I have one offline and I think it was either C or B rank.

PSOW aren't commonly covering up hacks. PSOW aren't even necessarily against cheating. PSOW's staff are also aware that in the cold world, outside of PSOW, cheats are often a dime a dozen.
PSOW's rules are very strict for this forum, however:
-POSTING cheat codes, exploits, or other forms of cheating/hacking in this forum means banning on the spot.
- ASKING for cheat codes, exploits, or other forms of cheating will score an official warning. [Remeber, 3 official warnings of this kind mean YER OUT~]
- LINKING to cheat codes, exploits, hacking or sites that provide AR/GS codes will warrant an official warning. All links will be removed.
Because people sometimes forget, these rules are conveniently placed in this sticky: cheater's posting rules (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=58118&forum=4&start=0&18#3). (Among other places.)

Edit: Wow T0m I never knew you were Tattersail (spelling?). Just viewed your characters and I remember having many games with that character in a party. I may be mistaken, but do you remember the name Mr_YASMINKOV at all?
