Money to Change Class?

I read somewhere that when you do the tutorial online, you get 3 things:

-A level up (So, level 2)
-Meseta
-Rising Strike

Is that meseta enough to change classes right off the bat? I might be online by next week, but not playing as my main character, but my newman alt, so I want to raise Ranger on her.

Job change cost is 150 + 50x character level. I don't think that you have enough money just right off the bat, but if you do 1 more linear run and NPC some of the photons that you get you should have enough money to become a RAnewm at lv3.

I managed to get it off the bat by selling a star atominiser I picked up
