can i get some help on an item

i just found amplifer of foie .. how exactly do i use it
and i found a rappy fan on normal quest.. do i have to go to doc. Mont to change it to weapon

I'm probably not the best authority on this, but I think the amplifier of foie can be used on a red shield to make some kind of upgraded doo-frammy. I have an amplifier of barta, and I think that goes with a blue shield. I guess you just have to hang on to the amplifier in case you come across the shield to make the combined item.

I think it boosts a technique of that style, or maybe offers special protections.

As for the rappy thing, as far as I know the Doc in Unsealed Door is the solution for all of that.
