I know that it evolves but when and how it evolves I don't know.

levels 10-20-30 it will evolve.. each time, it will up your synth % chance depending on what you level (strike/range/tech/armor)

Levels add up in each category to make an overall level.
Ex: 10 striking, 3 range, 3 tech would be a lv16 PM.

online its much higher I belive 20, 50, and 80.
