I just found one of these. They took a mediocre weapon from the original version of PSO and... made it "Uber-Retarded" (to quote FMM). In this version of the game the Victor Axe swings with the animation and speed of a sword. Unfortunately, it still only hits one target. Very un-cool. It still looks the same as before.
