Clarification on wep distribution for wartecher?

I am buying items today, and I want to make sure that I do not buy anything I wont be able to use on Friday. I referenced the very helpful guide with screengrab to see what wartechers can use, but the only things on it are A and S rank weps. Does this mean all B rank weps are available?

For weapon types marked as A, you can use C and B as well. Same with types marked with S, you can use C, B, and A too.

Wartechers can use B rank weapons if they can A or S rank them, but they can't use anythign that is X-ed out for them.
