Where is a good place that i can lvl and somewhere that the monsters are below lvl 10 (if any)

Monsters don't have levels.

On the other hand, the quest that is good to level up is Soul of a Blacksmith (if you have it).

Well if you are level 10 then it is best to level up on Caves, the 2 quests that can help your level up are Soul of a Blacksmith and The forest of sorrow but remember that you can only do the mission once untill you complete all the missions then you can do it unlimited.

Anyways for Forest of Sorrow, once you kill all the monsters on that quest, cancel the mission and do the quest again.

go through caves and forest, the forest is easy levels for a while, as the dragon gives you 400 EXP and the forest levels are quick, and give ya a little experience.

hmmm.....I say buy the items that will help you heal HP and TP and Duke it through the farthest place you have. ;D I dont know much abou being level 10 anymore so i really forgot I jst keep going through the same places and kill kill and kill untill a level.
