That's probably just the cutesy personification the Japanese do about everything concerning the flashing lights- disorientation warning in the front page of all game manuals.

Or the don't play when you're tired, etc. epileptic seizure warnings.

Its kinda sad when you read a story about someone playing N64 or something and they crack their heads on a coffee table, dying, after extended play/or a seizure.
