If your trying to get on PSO using a router and or hubs with your PC at the same time...and your using windows xp....TURN ON YOUR FIRE WALL.....i turned mine off and the firewall itself has software for DHCP info that your cube requires to log on. That was my problem before. I had to turn my winxp firewall back on for PSO to work.
