Harisen Battle Fan Board Online?

I Can't Find How to get the Harisien Battle Fan Board I got a Neta Note From Playing The Mask Part 2 and I know it goes to the battle fan but how do I find the board

The board drops from the bumblnig rouges you fight in that story mission.

It drops from the Vol Brothers. Just keep killing them over and over, it'll drop eventually. I've got the board but not the Neta Note.

yeah the harisen fan is in the story mission... and neta notes... on a side note so is the twin harisen battle fan (needs 2 neta notes and it has a stun effect)

Japanese sources say Hiru Vol drops it on all difficulties (newman). And Do Vol drops it only on C-rank (beast).

And for those that aren't in the know, or are just completely oblivious:
If you are level 35+, then story mode missions are B-rank
If you are level 60+, then story mode missions are A-rank

I did it at lv 50. Everything was lv 15 except the vol brothers and zolgoug. Got single fan and neta note... <.<

Got my fan on my first run, and my netta on my fourth.
