not sure what this is, ive read the desciption, and ppl have been telling me its not right at all. is it like photon drops from pso?

Its for the 3rd melee PAs, more bullet arts, and new techs, eventually. You need 50-99 for 1 of each.

wait im on a mad quest to destroy them so people cant get tornado dance *runs off to find them* (hmm this reminds me of the shikon jewel from inuyasha)
