Technic/Photon art exp

As you must be aware, the more and more you use a photon art, the more exp it gets and then it will level up and become stronger.

What I want to know is what does it take to go up 1%. I have tested this, and it seems to go up randomly, the percentage. Sometimes one every two hits, sometimes one every three. This was using Diga if that is of any use.

The guide has the numbers for five levels at a time or so. On the wiki I posted figures for the offline game earlier (which could help analyzing the system, but they're different nonetheless).

offline weapons have different growth rates usually dependant on the number of times they hit. techs suck though some gi techs some only get exp for every other enemy.
