i got way to much stuff to pay for so i need to cancel my account... i went to the website and i couldn't find out how... can someone tell me?

Is this Xbox or PC or PS2? From what I know you can do either this....cancel your card? tell them not to accept charges from that source any longer?....or their is instruction from the xbox for example on how to cancel, you go to the purchase portion again and go from there.

....they don't exactly make it easy to stop paying to play ya know...it was like that for PSO with gamecube as well

Go to http://www.playsega.com/

Login with your email address and password.

Select Phantasy Star Universe.

Then you can click the Cancel Subscription button.

i'm pretty sure you have to call up the operators at sega and cancel it. That's how i did it for PSO. The number should be 1-800-USA-SEGA.

do i get free stuff??

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to PlaySega.com and log into your account. Select "Cancel Subscription". That's it!

i read this on the PSU site, but i get to the my account page and it says i have no subscription even do i payed for 1 month already, how can i cancel this?...

Sure you didnt get the 6 month deal? That one is not an auto-renewal and therefore not technically a subscription to cancel. In that case you wouldnt have to do anything and it will expire, but you also wont get any sort of refund by stopping playing now obviously.

If its the one month subscription you got with certainty and you cannot cancel, then call or contact SEGA using their support area.

Once you have a cancelled account, you will still be able to play until your paid month(s) have expired. Just letting you know.

i can't figure out how to freaking cancel my 360 account either. this is the most annoying crap ever. i bought it on xbox live, i have no idea what the hell to do.

Its easier if you just contact your credti card company tell them to stop paying those scum suckin weazels at sega any money period. Their automated phone things dont work and their websites are flawed.
