Xbox Live: Strange Error

Whenever I try to access PSU Xbox live, it tells me I don't have multiplayer options for Xbox live. Yes I do have a silver account and a guardians license, how do I finally get online?!?!?!?!?

Yeah, Gold is NOT a requirement.

You need to fiddle with your Family Settings.

edit: they were all already set to "everyone" and "allow"
