I was wondering if anyone has been offered a Photon Blaster from the Photon Drop guy. I havent been offered it and I have 94 drops and I've tried talking to him over 100 times and he hasnt offered it. The only thing that he offers that isnt on the list is black-blue stone. If anyone has been offered a Photon Blaster (not the Photon Booster), please post the ID you had and how many drops you were offering to him. Thanks!
