I've got a 30 gig video iPod. Never actually watched a video on it, though.

I have a 10-year-old cd player that quit working a couple months ago and a Samsung Yepp mp3 player (I don't remember the model, but it's old enough to no longer be on their website. I got it just about 5 years ago. It holds about 20 songs. Awesome.)

Then, I received an iPod mini as a gift a couple years ago and promptly sold it on eBay for a quick 250 USD.

We don't need no stinkin' fancy shit.

MobiBlu 2GB Cube. Great little player you just wear around your neck (and attract the odd "omg what's that" every once in a while). Gets a nice 8 hours of battery life before recharge, has easy folder navigation, and requires no third party software to be installed, all drag and drop. Quite happy with it.

Crappy CD player I actually won back in 6th grade, still works despite looking like apocalyptic debris.

ehhh... music players are funny devices..

1994-95: Sony Cassette/radio player.
1995-99: Panasonic Net MD player
2000: generic 128MB MP3 flash player.
2001-05: 3rd Gen 10GB iPod
2006-now: 5th Gen 60GB iPod

*votes ipod*
I've considered a Zune this year, but gave it up when I heard about the 3plays/days limitation.

Kinda ironic that despite my 130~ some cd collection, I've never owned a cd player. Well, nothing portable that plays the cd audio. ever since "96, everything's been based on a computer.

30GB Black Video Ipod. I'd marry it if it was legal.

Laptop.

If I got something else, though, it'd either be a Zune, or one of those DS cartriges... Or some sort of new phone, with a high battery capacity.

...Someone needs to go ahead and invent PETs.
