Highest DPS weapon setup?

I am now a lvl 13 Beast Hunter and have been enjoying twin sabers, however I am curious if this is the highest DPS weapon for my setup?

What does everyone think is the highest DPS weapon overall?

For bosses or multi-hit location enemies, the Spear PA, hands down. Past that, it's hard to say.

Yea I am trying to figure out the best combo to use when in a party. How does the Spear do in a group situation?

I also am wondering if anyone ever did some actually data gathering to test weapon DPS?

Use twin daggers. It can't go wrong.

Ya I was thinking about those as well, however I had heard that Twin Sabers did more dps.

Measure for a .2 second period, and have Diga connect during that. There's your "best DPS"

Honestly, Spears put out lots of damage, but with an acute lack of knockback.

Dus Daggas 3rd stage has knockback but he's 13 so, he want see that for a long long time.

Depends how meny Targets there are to attack, If they can be lines up, and how high the mob's defence is.
It basicly boils down to Spear and Twin daggers depending on the situation.
