Who can equip a fan already?

Directed towards the newmans out there, What level and class level were you when you were first able to equip a fan? Im lvl 50 and 2 on Fortecher and i have 101 ATA, am I rushing it a little if I go out and buy a fan now?

I'm not sure if it's different for males and females but my female newman fortetecher is currently at 114 ata @ level 57/level 5 job level. I've got one more level to go =)

if you don't want to wait that long, you may want to go for a kikamic, I believe the ata requirement is only 108? I'm not too sure.

Kikamic only needs 105 ata, very good for fortetechers who want to use a fan as soon as possible

I'm 56/3 now and still don't have the 115 ata for a regular Kikami

Friend of mine was only able to equip the fan at 59/5 Fortetecher.

Also to anyone that doens't have cards yet or is waiting to use them, they siphon through pp at an insane rate at 21. Nice dragon killing weapon though since you don't have to really do any work at all to hit the head.
