Do you know where i can find the Crea doubles Board? which level do they drop it in? and do you find it in a box or an enemy?

I'm guessing it can be either, a box or an enemy....cuz I've heard that it comes out of the Box after the SEED fight but that's just like the Flourescent Bulb so why not the same with this?

IE: the bulb can be dropped or from the box

Oh I'm fully aware of what's needed to make the item. Sure it has a low chance to be made but it's one of the only S rank Double Sabers around and it looks very nice. I'd love to have one even if it was only 16% Ice element.
