Does this Always happen

Ive been reading about peoples history of Uber rare weapons on this site for a while and it seems that the majority of people who found good weapons found good weapons with good %s.
a while back in the screen shot thread there was a Yasminkov 9000M with really nice percents and a picture of a nice milla to. Ive read a lot about good Millas and Gulds. And ive been hearing more about good ones then bad. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed something of a patern. I can also think of hearing about a zero % SJS but no much else.
Does anyone know of getting a ton of really good things with 0%s?

Those percentages were perked up by an online quest where you can trade Photon Drops or a Photon Sphere to get a single % up by 10 or 30(PS). I don't remember the PD cost, neither I know the details, but I don't think it's possible to -find- any weapon with one % of 100...
It would be funny though. The other thread shows cool findable %. Matter of luck, totally...

90% would be findable. And Photon Sphere's get a single % up by 30, IIRC http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif One PD would raise it by 5%, I think.

20 photon drops for a 5% raise. One photon sphere for a 30% raise.

The chance for an uber-rare to have high %'s is the same as any other weapon. Most with insane %'s though were either sphered or hacked.

90% is pretty rare to find BUT its findable my friend,like i said in a few topic,found a Justy with 90% Dark.I was impressed because its the highest percent i've seen on a weapon.

Most of the better rares I found, came without %'s, or with very little. Notable exceptions were a H&S25 Justice with over 50% hit, untekked (hardly counts as a rare, though), and a Red Slicer with 20% hit, untekked.

It was weird, 2 days ago i went onto 17 FiY Ult runs, to try and find pal rappy (not a chance of getting one) but anyways i found 25 rares out of the runs which were the same weapons that i might add and found a 60% hit cross scar http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

I found L&K14 Combat's with 45 % hit on it. That was cool.

That sucks that you can't put hit %'s on a wepons. But you can put 100%'s on every thing els.
