PSU-XBox 360: PA Fragment

My friend picked up a PA fragment.
and so, i didn't know they were out yet,anyway,
how many do yuo need,or how do you need it>?
or is it for the other PA attack
like say he has "Tornado Break" say he could get the other one?

They're used to "buy" Technics/Bullets/Photon Arts from a Quest (I think it's called Bruce's Dungeon). Depending on what you're trying to buy, the number of PA Fragments you need will vary.

You can pick up PA fragments? I thought they were only rewarded to players when you S rank an S mission.

I think by "picked up" he meant aquired, as in "I picked up a PA Fragment when we got an S Rank in Mad Creatures S."

you don't buy them from a quest, each planet has certain ones to sell. GRM sells the Ranger BAs from their Guardian base, Moatoob sells PA, and Neudaiz Techs. They are not available yet, but you can still collect Frags til they are...
