Item: Do ID's effect general Rare drops

My friend and I have been switching who's making the game and noticed that his REDRIA is droping more RARES than my ORAN. Does his ID drop more is it just that he has been playing longer and the rumor of "hours affects drops" come into play?

No, no, and no!!!

It's all about dumb luck, nothing else matters.

As an example:

I'm on my 3rd run as a REDRIA HUnewearl, all starting from level 1.

The first time I found the most rares. I had multiple double sabers, like 5 add slots, a 70% native Calibur, multiple METEOR SMASH, etc.

The second time I didn't find or rarely found any of the stuff I found the first time. In around 130 hours, I didn't even find 1 add slot and only managed to find 1 double saber. Overall, I say I found at least 25% less rares.

I'm on my third run now... Too hard to tell what's happening, but I think I'm finding more stuff now.

So, there you have it. The same id, the same character, and three runs at it, all resulting in a vastly different rate of red boxes found.
