I've tried about 12 times now. I put in the disk and I click install. I have better than the required computer specs, the disk is in, and the internet is on.
For some reason, once it reaches halfway on the installation, my computer just completely freezes. I can't do anything. No Ctrl+Alt+Del, no popping the disk out -- I can only shut the computer off (which is really bad).
My dad took a look and managed to install it to about 99% before it froze, but that was only once. It just keeps freezing at 50%.
It installs fine on my brother's computer, but not mine. My dad looked at it again and said that he thinks that it's a media player conflict, but I don't know. I have no idea what to do anymore...
