Jaggo Sighting not on Moatoob?

I was in the underwater temple on Parnum (lab recovery?), and I fought two creatures that looked distictly like Jaggo's! In fact, one dropped a Joe Delma (the might both have, but one did for sure).

Anyone else have this happen?

Yes they exist there too. They drop giga/bullet PP save on S-ranks.
