I was with the PSU community before, as well. But I was with the PC/PS2 servers on my laptop. I miss those days, but I was not very happy with how it was gutted and cut short.

I look forward to meeting you when they try their NA/EU servers next year. I'm just apprehensive with how they will treat the contents.

What the? Why SEGA can't give the time they promise on shutting down a PS game on a MS console?? PSO I&II ended about week before its death and now PSU is shutdown 1 day before the end well the guardian license have been all expired I thought i'd be playing til the wee hours in the morning but that's not the case.

It's been a long while but i've finally updated my psu stats!

Mr Ruff lvl 120! I helped a friend get most (all?) of the achievements for the expansion. and still playing, yup.

Mr Ruff reached lvl 118 which means he ties with PSO character DaBabe as the highest lvl i've reached in an online PS game. was trying to beat S2 Desert Goliath only to reach the boss and decided I had enough of the games cheating.

Just verified: the Distant Memory mission from the Falz Memorial is still there and will get you the Dark Falz Slayer 2 achievement on a 'C' run, with my lvl 43 character Rayvin.

mixed emotions cause I feel like I cheated but I needed to know to help out some friends.
Meanwhile Mr Ruff at 114 still wants to give the S2 Falz a try to see if he can do it (I should get some friends to help me out)

Last Guardian Chronicle 2 update: although the mission continues the point of my posting here on psoworld (and then copied to 1up) was to show my progress during the event to see how much I could achieve during the time frame originally given
Mr. Ruff lvl 95 ended event (EE) @ lvl 113 ~ actually I just got to 114 ~
Job classes Fighgunner maxed @ 20, Fortefighter @16
perks finding, given, synthing enough weapons to make Fighmaster a viable option. just sythn a Kan Yu sword for the last one!

Metal Musashi started at lvl 44 and EE @ 55
job Guntecher got upto lvl 7
found enough weapons to consider making him a fortegunner (can't quite a few guns in current class)

Rayvin a person I remade if 1 of several people said would come online that I would help with a low level character well as the event went on I threw that out the window.
Rayvin was lvl @ 1 and EE at lvl 40
Jobs Hunter, Ranger lvl 3, Force lvl 10, Wartecher lvl 5 I had some confusion about which class I was going to use and settled on wartecher so that Rayvin could use a sword Mr. Ruff can't use a Soda Crea.

and there you have it folks most of the time i've put in the last month and a half.

Day 41: did'nt do much except clear out my common box and feed mags, other than that I was looking on the SEGA forums about the bonus and how everyone said the writing was on the wall for PSU, and today I was greeted by an email from the *DA* clan leader saying goodbye then I decided let me see if its offiicial and sure enough it is.

having been through the US DC PSO, PAL DC, XB PSO I&II and the PS2 NA PSU closures can't say i'm surprised but other than that I still need to get the final achievement and do 1 more grand tour of the Gurhal system I know i've been putting off doing that mission at S2 for the achievement since I hit about 110 with Mr Ruff so its put up or shut up.

Day 40 : Rayvin got upto lvl 40.

Day 39: Mr Ruff lvl his fortfighter to lvl 15.

Day 38: Raised Rayvin's wartecher lvl, and got Metal Musashi's bot upto lvl 20 it transformed!

Day 37 : using Mr. Ruff completed charged puzzle on my own, and using Rayvin she got upto lvl 38.

Day 36: Hanging out with one of Assassin's secondary avatars and got Mr.Ruff upto lvl 113 and class upto fortefighter lvl 15.

Day 35: for whatever reason I was'nt so inclined to attempt the S2 Visitor's Memory/vision of memory? mission with Mr. Ruff so I picked up Rayvin and gained 2 more lvls bringing her to lvl 37.

Day 34: I forgot to mention that the 11 star sword failed :/ Today I used Rayvin and she got up to lvl 35, and thanks to Kira (I think that's his name) for helping me out.

Day 33: FINALLY! Mr. Ruff hit lvl 112 and had 10448 kills, so I went and got my Morat Machinas (S class axe) what to do now pushing for 120 so when the event is over S2 Shred the darkness? the one for the final achievement should be easier. other that max Spear, Ax (39), Double Saber, Sword PAs and finding S class weapons to use as a fighmaster and probably go for a tech at the guardians branch for the above weapons.

Day 31 + 32: not much to report slacked off a bit, mostly moving items around between characters and trying to synth an 11 star sword I like my chances though (82%)

Day 30: was just going to use everyone without seriously pursuing lvling up but instead got everyone ranked up! Thanks again to Assasion, Rayvin is now lvl 30, Metal Musashi gained a few to be lvl 54, Mr Ruff is now lvl 111 and his kill count now stands at 9998, 2 shy of what I need to purchase an axe.
