A little better at communication but still clumsy at it and learning.

my only issue besides not knowing what I was killing, was communication w/o a keyboard I tried to use the software kb to say hi and thx for the times someone used a moon atomizer on me but I never say my own speech I did try voice chat, but I did not get in a conversation so I can't confirm if I was heard or not.

Yesterday doing a hard run of the forest lvl naevarius (sp) I got a Last Survivor Sword the highest I had to that point was 315, this Sword went to 503! from filling client orders I got to lvl 27 did a photon blast and achievements were up and running in the game. fun times.

Missions I left the main story mode alone i'll just wait for the full release what I was mostly doing was getting to learn how things work doing client orders which made me wonder if they had not put in a way to see what enemy you're fighting yet, cause a lot of times on the elimination or food ingredients missions I was killing everything until I got the right one. speaking of client orders it took me about 4 days to figure out the clear the phonogrulf mission it was not even at a regular mission counter it was in the cafe.

Correction I got to lvl 18 in the CBT
having got more of PSO 2 I was playing everyday of the open beta well not tuesday afternoon not sure when it closed down. I was used to PSU's Photon Arts you get a few for a weapon and leveled the heck out of it.
PSO2 you still have Photon Arts just a whole lot more of them this time around during the I think I had about 12-14 different PAs! just for my sword!!

I finally got a taste of PSO 2 in the CBT (Closed Beta Test) although I did not get to play as much as I planned.
Friday I spent between 8pm and Midnight trying to log in maybe twice getting to the character creation screen only to be booted off.
after that I needed to get some rest. since I had a full day of work on Saturday. when I finally got home I got to create my character and play I got the "concert" saw the Sonic movie trailer being advertised in the lobby then running around trying to beat a quest mission with no luck played missions that felt like endless nightmares cause the monsters kept coming back, and other players were in the game even I couldn't figure out how to communicate. then came the Urgent Quests this is I earned most of my exp durng the CBT by the end of Sundays extended time I got to level 13.
well I had been thinking about when i'd get to play again and even started Monster Hunter World on Game Pass I get 1 achievement in the game and the next day PSO2 Open Beta is mentioned on EGMnow (did not see it on gamespot)

Closed beta dates have been announced!
Feb 7th, 8th!

XB1 Closed Beta Test I have signed up to get my FIRST try at PSO2.

Played today, and took DaMan to the caves to flip the switch gained 2 levels now I just gotta get thru the mines 1 more time then its off to the Hard Ruins, De Rol Le killed me twice having grabbed 2 more scape dolls I made through the fight without 1 dying a little rusty but that's what happens when you let other stuff take up your time.

Disappointed at not playing PSO much last year I played some on January 2nd to my shock I had not unlocked the Hard Ruins I found out when I got to the pillar in the Forest after not finding it 'off' I went to mines to see about getting to the point I could activate the pillars 2 level ups later I activated the forest statue.

Took me longer to get back DC PSO in February played with 2 characters URD and DaMan who I leveled up.
still a long way to use the RED SWORD sitting in his bank.
