That's pretty cool. I enjoy singing myself, but just on a casual basis. I've done a few covers with a friend's band once which was really fun, but I'm certainly not good enough to do so professionally :P I'm sure your voice is lovely~

Jazz is a pretty great genre. I was really happy when I got toward the end of Tales of Xillia because several of the BGMs were jazz-themed, and they sounded really great

Have you played any instruments before? I hardly have a musical bone in my body, but I wouldn't mind learning electronic keyboard one day.

Oh, quite a bit! Over the years I've found that there's things I like and dislike about every single conceivable genre, and there's nothing I'll dismiss based on genre alone. My favorite genres are rock (all kinds, but mainly alternative), video game, orchestral, hip-hop, and trance to some degree. If I had to pick a favorite band or group, it would probably be some combination of Foo Fighters, Coheed & Cambria, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Garbage, stuff like that, but even my opinion on that can change from day to day.

What about you?

I definitely had some really good times on PSU, made a lot of friends and I've certainly got plenty of great memories from the game. It certainly wasn't the best game ever and I wish Sega had managed it better (a lot like how they're mismanaging PSO2 something terrible), but it was fun and really unique in terms of what other MMOs were popular around then. Plus I had way too much fun with the fashion aspect XD

Yeah, I didn't think I'd miss that aspect of PSU as much as I did. I like what PSO2 was trying to do in making outfits a lot like PSO's, but I loved all the unique fashion people would come up with using the individual clothing parts from PSU. That's a good idea really. What were your favorite things from PSU? I really loved the Bunbun set and the Storia set, would love to see those turn up again. Both would be cute cosplay ideas too :O

I love being where I am and I'm proud of the accomplishment I always had this distant dream that I'd become an automotive engineer but I considered it largely unobtainable, until the opportunity fell right into my lap. I'm certainly lucky :P

It's certainly a demanding position, I'm responsible for a lot and I lead people too, but I do my best not to let it get to me. I believe really strongly in two ideals about work: I do not complain about my job when I know I'm very fortunate to be where I am, and I don't bring work emotions like stress outside of work activities. That can be a bit difficult when I often do some work from home, but I try not to let it affect other parts of my life. I see so many people whine about being stressed all the time and being "too busy" for things, like some sort of empty pride, and I don't want to succumb to that. I love my job and I enjoy doing it, but it's just one part of my life and I can't let it run everything. Sorry for the tangent, just something I believe strongly in

It's kinda my dream position, I did a lot of my grad school in engine design and vehicle body dynamics, so it's right up my alley. I've always had an automotive interest, so getting the offer was pretty surreal. And it's plenty of money for cute clothes :O

Yeah, we're in this weird part of springtime where the days are in the mid-80s and it goes down to 50 at night. It's annoying since I've gotta bring a jacket to work for the sole purpose of walking in in the morning :P I'm on the road before the sun rises, so sometimes it's still kinda chilly. I can't wait to spend some 60-70 degree nights/mornings out on my balcony, nothing like a nice summer night.

But yeah, nothing more freeing than trying new cute outfits, and I'm sure I'll end up with more before summer wraps up :P I got lots of cute running gear too, because I can't be working out and not look good doing so~

Yeah, same here :P Most of my wardrobe is summery stuff. I did pick up some skirts, plus I got a couple sheer button-down tops and a couple crops for this year My faves are always gonna be my tanktops and denim shorts but I do dig this summer's fashion. Only thing I need to do now is grab a new pair of flip flops and find myself a new swimsuit for this year~

Cute clooooothes~ I went on a summer shopping run recently, bought a lot of cute things for the warmer weather. Trying to be more adventurous with my wardrobe instead of my usual tomboy-style :P

Resonance of Fate is pretty fun, it just takes a long time to really master the system. Once you kinda start using the terrain and scratch damage and such, it becomes really really fun. It's a bit like Dark Souls in that it's not hard to initially pick up on, but takes a long time to truly master. I like it though, and the post-apocalyptic steampunky atmosphere is really awesome.

While it's boring, retail honestly isn't that bad and your pay is consistent, unlike a lot of food industry jobs. I worked at a superstore during some of high school and the days would kinda drag on, but it was easy and the pay was okay.

I didn't realize the US was getting the Atelier Plus remakes, I'll have to look into those. I've been playing Dark Souls and Resonance of Fate lately, and I plan on ordering Tales of Graces F and Atelier Ayesha soon. I'm pretty excited for Tales of Xillia 2 in August as well FF14 looked like a pretty solid game (Realm Reborn anyway), but I just don't feel like I can commit myself to an MMO anymore.

Yeah, after this winter I'll never complain about heat again, ever XD Sorry to hear about Sonic's, but I'm sure you'll find something else. Just keep at it, and in my experience, persistence earns more jobs than resume content ever will.

Been playing anything other than PSO2 lately? How's the game going for you? I think I might actually have to reinstall it for a bit because I need to create new characters in the creator for my next story, hahaha.

Writing has been the first creative medium since I picked up Photoshopping over a decade ago that has actually felt natural to me, so that's motivated me to stick with it (as my adventures in hand-drawing have been defeatist at best, haha). It'll always be there when you wanna come back to it. I have no idea when I'll get started on my sequel, probably sometime in the fall, but I'll at least be writing some short side-stories until then.
