I'm taking a short break during a paper. Actually, break just ended. I'm actually a couple minutes overtime. Taking breaks every page helps.

... anyhow, I'd recommend taking a nap or excercise. That's what I do when I'm bored, and I don't feel like reading something. Eating while bored is a recipe for disaster, no pun intended.
