Exactly. I used to think I was the kinda person that just hated all people in general, but the more I've thought about it lately, the more I've realized, I just hate jerks. And damn near everybody is an inconsiderate, insensitive, uncaring jerk. Or that's how they want to appear online anyway.

The internet only does two things to idiots and jerks:
1. It makes them anonymous.
2. It makes them brave.

Emboldened morons just run rampant these days, and really, who wants to deal with that? I myself don't have a ton of online time these days, and when I do, I'd rather not spend it fending off smarmy little Maddox wannabes or meme-geysers who couldn't form an original sentence with a gun held to their head. There's just better things to be doing and people worthwhile to talk to. S'just how I see it anyway.

Yeah, I just don't like jerks, I guess is what I'm getting at.

Well, as far as PSO2 goes, I think I'm pretty much done. Aside from the scummy business side, I really despise the hideously random upgrade system, the forever-lasting grind toward nothing, and the way sub-classes are going to work just rubs me the wrong way. It's just not the game I want, nor the game I have time or patience for anymore.

As for PSO-W...eeehhh. This place is a dump and the Administrators/Owners are more happy to let the place stagnate. Easier to punish people that point out its weaknesses and ignore the real problems, and just let people that do the shitty things they do get by with it. Aside from that, most of the population are braindead fuckmorons, meme-spouting "Me-too's", and unoriginal negative 4chan kids. I'm in a place where I'm sick to death of the internet's negativity, and this place is consumed with it.

I've already dragged the decent people to my place anyway and they can either get a hold of me there or via email. Up to you whether you wanna re-add me, but I'm really not looking at this place much anymore.

lol, well SynthSy sent me most of the game through the mail on dvds and I had help getting a better computer. So I've been playing for around 3 weeks or so I suppose. ;p

You mentioned you were in a team in a thread, in response to a post I made. I wasn't originally meaning it as trying to find a team, but thinking on it I may as well look for one. Is your team open to new members? If yes, how "casual" would it be - would I get the boot for not being ~proactive~ or ~a super team player~? I don't sign into easygoing games like PSO2 to need to alarm clock ops or have monthly quotas, I just want to be easygoing, chat, and not have to play if I damn well don't feel like it. If that's not a good match, no worries.

edit: I shouldn't make it sound like I'd never do anything though. I'm generally up for stuff, team CO's, time attack, etc. I just don't want to be told I need to do X every day/week/etc. or be kicked. That shit's not cool.
