That would sound like Good = English, English = Good. But English in itself isn't good. Only good English is good. Just like how only tasty tacos are tasty, or fun games are fun.

That being said, it could instead be written as X = (X + Y) / n, where n represents the negative outcomes of X and Y being put together and erased.

Of course good English is good. That's the basic formula; If Y is X, then it is surely X.

In other words, X Y is X.

Actually HU got it down pretty good. Seth and I understood as well.

Remember, grammar enthusiasts are good; grammar nazis not so much.

Sounds like the process didn't go through all the way, either from a faulty connection or bad coding. And I know you sent an email already, so its just a matter of waiting for their response. If they say that they have no record of it, and you still have all your funds, then yes something when wrong and it didn't go through.

Did it actually charge the account, or did nothing go through?
