Cool, it sounds like something to check out. I knew they localized Phantasy Star II-IV on Steam(for super cheap) but I had no clue where to find 1. Bravely Default reminds me of FF tactics with the jobs system, but it also has the orchestral drama of a game like FF XII or Ni no Kuni--you can tell they paid attention the details because it's a blast to explore.

Yeah, it's kinda funny how Kill la Kill can get away with an ecchi organization like nude beach on Japanese TV(I guess Panty & Stocking did too). Hahaha, Ragyou reminds me of HIM from the Powerpuff Girls, but I think it's really fitting for a villain to be so creepy as your antagonist. Kill la Kill has really became one of my favorite anime in years, it just feels larger than itself with the quality animation, epic OST and backstory, kinda like the ideas behind Madoka as well.

lol, it's nonstop freeze my butt off over here! XD Supposedly the coldest in years so we don't expect it to warm up over freezing till like June. The cats are going nuts with cabin fever but at least it's cute to see them playin' in the snow or slidin' across the ice.

Huh, I never heard of the graphically overhauled version, but Polly was telling me that I really have to catch the original Phantasy Star games sometime! I finished up FE:A but I was going to start a new file since half my characters died while on classic mode so I missed A LOT of the conversations/kids. T.T Although right now I'm super addicted to Bravely Default which is a ridiculous amount of fun. Afterwards I think I'll be checking out South Park: A stick of truth, it looks soooo funny!

Hahah, I think Kill la kill's over-the-top fanservice just adds to the charm of the series. Plus it isn't too onesided to one gender... well okay in the past few episodes, between Ragyou and Satsuki it has been a bit much. But wow! What a shocker with the plot, I'm loving the twists! Actually more recently the series is becoming more and more similar to Gurren Lagann. xD Other than that I'm following Pupa, Nubunaga the fool, Space Dandy, and Space Brothers. I think I'll look into Michiko e Hatchin since it reminds me of El Cazador de la bruja and Gunslinger girl~

Anyway, otherwise it's pretty much the same ol', I'm freezing @ 10 F as well as taking care of the cats and workin' on uni papers. Playin' with photography and doodlin' in my spare time~ I'll see you around!

Yeah, I'm excited to already be working on my summer-body. I came out of this winter without too much of the usual tummy-pudge and between running and cross-training I'm looking really good. I can actually feel some tone-age in my abs and legs But yeah, nothing like those workouts where you can't even get out of bed the next day XD

I'm playing Tales of Xillia currently which is really fun, and the next few games on my list are DOA5U, Borderlands 2, Resonance of Fate, and Valkyria Chronicles. And then there's a huge list behind that @_@ SO MUCH GAMING TO GET BACK TO.

So it looks like my Rogue will be seeing action again this weekend I am excited! I haven't played her in a while and I've got some experimental strategies that I've been dying to try with her. Last I checked she had a Supreme Masterwork elven thinblade and a nasty +4d6 sneak attack bonus, so if my teammates work with me she'll be a death machine. Hope your Paladin's going well. My Rogue hasn't had quite the clumsy streak your brother's seems to have but she has made some pretty hilarious fumbles on Initiative bonuses. Like grabbing her bow to hit a stationary target, dropping the arrow, and somehow tripping over nothing flat on her face XD

Quinoa is pretty great, and you can make so much from it. I'm a big fan of rice/quinoa pasta, and the way I feel after eating it versus wheat pasta is really noticeable. I think I've had a gluten sensitivity all along and never realized it because it's amazing how much better I feel when I don't eat a lot of it. YAY AB WORKOUTS. You'll be thankful this summer when you've got a sexy stomach :3

Diablo III might be an eventual pick-up for me. I've got a Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate demo (my Hitomi domination shall rise again) and Tales of Xillia should be arriving today :O When I sign up for PS+ I'll have to get Borderlands 2 as well, it's free this month and it looks pretty darn cool, kinda PSO-like with the way it's laid out. I've got a lot on my eventual pick-up list, so I should be entertained for a good long time

Working at a craft store would be pretty brilliant XD You're an expert in a wide variety of crafts and as you said, DEM DISCOUNTS. Nintendo customer service would be kinda neat too, especially if it got you any corporate discounts. I know I'm swimming in those working for Ford, though I can't quite get a free Mustang yet XD

Brina sounds awesome :O A Paladin walking her own path instead of being stuck to the Lawful tiers would be pretty fun, hope it goes well for you. My Rogue might be getting a restart here in the new future, I'm excited to play her again I swear, if that girl ever fell off a cliff, she'd have a decent chance of making a roll to dodge the Earth.

Yeah, I've been cooking a lot more lately, and cooking different things than what I'm used to, which is pretty fun. My crock pots are definitely getting a workout :P I'm noticing that I'm feeling a lot more alert and focused now that I've cut out grains from my diet (which is said to induce a "brain fog" effect) and I think it'll help stabilize my fiancee's moods, since he's battling bipolar disorder. Your conditioning class sounds pretty fun, and any time you have that kinda soreness, you know you accomplished something. I'm getting back into running (when it's not FREEZING FUCKING COLD so I can make it to the fitness center) and doing Insanity-like cardio at home, which feels great. I love how toned I've been getting over the last two years

I'm looking at picking up a lot of PS3-exclusive RPGs and such, plus some multiplayer stuff so my fiancee and I can play stuff together. Should be fun. Now that my story's done, my evenings have freed up quite a bit so I've got a good opportunity to get caught up on gaming before getting serious about my next story.

Congrats on getting your work into the State Art Show! That's really awesome Are you looking for any sort of job in particular? You at least have your work experience from this summer and obviously a number of projects to your name as well. Best of luck to you, job hunting sucks :P

It makes me happy just to hear that people read it and enjoyed it, so that's all I need I'm sorry for the soul-pain though, I know I'm evil with cliffhangers, haha XP All will be answered in the sequel, I promise. I've been pretty good overall. I had to battle the flu AND the stomach flu in succession a couple of weeks ago, which got pretty bad, but I'm all good now. My fiancee and I are on a Paleo-like diet now which is starting to make a very positive difference in how I feel, plus we're getting hardcore again on our exercise routines, which is great. Gotta work off that winter belly-pudge and such XD I've also negotiated a reeeeeally nice salary raise for my impending promotion at work, which I'm super excited about. Starting over at Ford is one of the best decisions I've ever made

Other than that, gonna buy a PS3 soon to get caught up on exclusives I missed out on, and maaaaybe giving hand-drawn art another shot :O How's mah Lis?

Hehe, I find you get soooooooo many characters in FF:A that Classic mode is only a problem at the beginning. I love relationship building in that game though! So much fun. I just hate how my casters/archers were killed early on, and Frederick is such a badass tank who can one shot all bosses.

True, I haven't really played a pokemon game for years. I guess Gold/silver back 10 years ago would be the last time. I enjoyed them the most when Yellow and Red + pokesnap, and stadium came out.

Ah, that's awesome that you're playing Diablo 3 with your dad! I'm a huge fan of those types of action RPGs so I played the game back when it came out on the PC with my brother, I was the Witch, and he was a sorceress. It was good fun, but overall I prefer Diablo 2's aesthetic designs. More recently I'm checking out Path of Exile as a ranger~

Also I just finished Zelda Link between worlds yesterday during a power outage. Such an incredible game! (I may have reached my daily limit on coffee by now! xD) See you around!

Do I see that you've been playing Fire Emblem Awakening?! That game is ridiculously addictive! I'm having a lot of fun with it. At the start most of my characters were getting sniped(classic mode is the only way to play) but by now I'm strong enough to deal with it!

I picked up Pokemon Y as well and I enjoy the game but it just doesn't feel like much of a challenge to me. I grew up with generation 1 so all the newer pokemon aren't as cool I guess. *shrugs*

Whatcha playin lately? I haven't done a whole lot of gaming lately with my story going on and all, but I'm currently playing Ys: Memories of Celceta on my friend's PS Vita that I'm borrowing. Must feed Ys addiction @_@

Peppermint is awesoooome :9 I'm gonna mash up peppermint chunks and add it to a ready-to-make powder mix, it'll make a great random gift and I can easily prep it in the mornings for work. I hate the cold, but this season is soooooooo great for cooking

My Christmas shopping has long been done fortunately, I'm proud of myself this year :P You doing any artsy things as gifts? And even if the experience was largely bad, I'm sorry to hear the restaurant closed. I know the feeling of putting a lot of work into something and having it fall through even if you don't like it, but at least it was some extra cash and work experience. It's no problem, can't help being busy.
