    the name song is "True Tears - Ichijin no Kaze - Kikuchi Hajime"
    it's a song from the anime True Tears. 2 moons is just the title i gave for
    my wallpaper that i edited.

    I'll message you the place to get the song if you can use torrent though. I hope
    the original soundtrack has the song since i got the song from a different source.
    I'm sure it's on the OST...anyways, good luck playing the song on piano. ;]
