Monster Hunter Worlds is confirmed a PS4 game!!!!!! And it looks friggin gorgeous! Welp my bros will no longer be touching the PS4 come early 2018.

Shadow of the Colossus and God of War in Early 2018 too?




Edit: MHW world confirmed for PC, PS4, and Xboner with a worldwide release. PC release has a later date though.

Bethesda just announced Dishonor DLC, The Evil Within 2, and Wolfenstein 2 The New Colossus.


No Elder Scroll 6 and it has been roughly 6 years since Skyrim came out. Mini is going to shank one person a day until we get an Elder Scroll 6 announcement.

Project Scorpio ended being a new Xbox is called Xboner X with the initials being XBOX.

That post is also a whole load of malarkey. Why? Here's why! *slaps head and face several times*

1.) In general, MH expansion games are named after the previous game that it was built on and are generally titled Ultimate in the west (United for the PSP series). Example: Monster Hunter Tri into Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate.
2.) The photo on the cover is dated, roughly a decade old.
3.) It's just a trademark. Remember when Nintendo trademarked Pokemon Gray and Pokemon Z?
4.) Speculation. Just because it could happen does not mean it will happen.
5.) It is also entirely possible that it may not even be a main series MH game and just a spinoff.
6.) Leaks > Speculation

I like it.

And now I feel utterly stupid. I just woke up going what the fuck have I been doing on all day? Sleeping in for 20 some hours? Shit it's already 6 p.m.!!

Oh I'm not reacting to which console you're choosing because I myself will not get a Switch until MHXX or MH Gen 5 is announced for the West on the Switch with a special MH edition of the Switch.

I'm just reacting to something else.

I'm going to pretend that this conversation never took place.

PSO2 will come to the West......only after Minecraft becomes an Esport game.


Halo 5 was a disappointment because stupid marketing doing the new guy vs Master Chief shit when none of that happened. Xboner is more so a media console than gaming because that UI interface is horrifying.

Sony didn't really care for media stuffs and just released game after game after game after game while the Xboner had a lot of problems early on. It is also probably the fact that Microsoft dropped the ball on the Xboner after Project Scropio was basically leaked like a year or 2 after the Xboner.

TBH I start investing more into Nintendo as 2017-2020 look like golden years for Nintendo thanks to the Switch. I'd also start putting some interest in Sony as well because they generally always deliver on games and with some projects wrapping up, 2017-2020 would probably emulate the boom in 2007-2010 that industry had.

I don't even touch the Xboner because LOL where are the games? Only reason we ever got it was for Halo 5 and that was the world's greatest disappointment.
I only touch the PS4 to play Battlefield 1.

Actually to be more specific, those extra characters (exluding Decidueye) where exclusive to the arcade version of the game until Pokken DX was announced. In a way it is Japan exclusive, but technically not for the JP console.

Pokken is not a bad game, it's just that it is facing very harsh competition thanks to Mortal Kombat reviving the arcade fighting genre in the past few years. Now it not only faces competition with MK, but also with Injustice 2 (made by same Dev that made MK), Street Fighter, Smash Bros, and Tekken 7. It also does not have it's own niche compared to others:
-OG combos and counters? you go MK
-Hard technical fighter? you go Tekken
-Literal chaos? you go Smash
-Traditional arcade play? you go Street Fighter

Here's what I predict as to what will happen to Pokken on the Switch:
1.) It becomes the talk of the Pokemon community for 1 to 3 months
2.) Immediately gets eclipsed by Ultra Sun and Moon come November 17
3.) Everyone forgets why they got Pokken DX
4.) 80% of the player base goes back to playing Injustice 2, MK, Tekken, or even back to the main Pokemon games.
5.) Gets forgotten a month after Ultra Sun and Moon release
6.) Come 2018 Pokken hardcore players or fanboys yell at Nintendo for not supporting the game.
7.) Come early 2018 people realized that it was a bad idea to release Pokken DX so close to Ultra Sun and Moon's world release when I realized the issue literally Day 1.

I now await for Nintendo to prove me wrong or the salt of many gamers.

Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon announced and set for worldwide release on November 17.........wtf already Nintendo?!

I'm interested now because Solagleo and Lunala had weird shit on them in the trailer, probably the involvement of Necrozma this time.

My overall thoughts and score on the game: 8.5 / 10 a great game

The Pros:
-Free Roam Dungeons
-Limited inventory system on units
-Intense boss fights
-Great voice actors on the English side (leagues better than Fates)
-A great soundtrack
-The 5 characters that are not from the original game are all great characters.........though I still wanted to kill one of them by my hands, but game says nope.
-Animated scenes are fantastic, makes me wonder if they'll ever make a Fire Emblem anime adaptation similar to the "Tales of" anime adaptation.
-Mathilda is literally a goddess on the battlefield........I mean it, like literally. She's stupid good when you get her and becomes OP after you get a certain lance that basically KOs anything that isn't a Baron or Boss.
-Combat Skills are restricted to weapons rather than learning it from class
-No re-classing (unless you go the Dread Fighter route for those who can become one)
-Being able to redo a previous turn(s) which can also help avoid deaths
-Noob friendly even on classic hard mode, but still retaining that challenge (though it is not comparable to Conquest's difficulty on Hard mode)
-Does not focus on stats galore like Fates and Awakening did, more so focus on the battles instead

The Cons:
-Magic units are ridiculously OP and come in mass throughout mid-game onward
-Overpriced DLC that costs just as much as the game
-Too many maps where you can just funnel the enemy in and slaughter them
-Poor unit placement when you are on the defense at the start of a battle. Example: Sometimes Slot 10 can be in the front row instead of the backrow which then gets slaughtered because enemy makes the first move and you can't do jack shit about it.
-Transferring items between army is limited (once for each in Act 3 and 3 for each in Act 4) until you reach aftergame which will hinder you from getting certain gears.
-Fatigue stat reduction is not noticeable

The meh:
-Weapons have weight which affects speed and ability to x2 attack
-Limited support logs
-Some supports gives boosted stats, but some doesn't.

Completed the game.

-7 hours in the final dungeon DX with like 5 game overs.
-Took another 3 hours against the final boss. (2 tries)

God friggin hell, that final boss fight was stupid intense. Sooooo much teleporting, earthshaking, healing, poisoning, and magical beam of inaccurate death.

This is how I spend my Sunday afternoons <_<

Also giving massive props to the devs for literally showing that you beat the game with Main Menu change.

Nyeh, only took me another 2 hours to find the right path.

Also, Lesaner vs Samoa Joe in 5 weeks? Good chance Joe will lose because the Mania 34 plan was already spoiled, but this should be a brutal match.

Doing the final Dungeon of Fire Emblem Echoes....

The world's worst mistake in simple steps:
1.) Dungeon gives you a warning : You cannot return once you entered. (meaning no outside easy grind)
2.) Proceed to save during team setup.
3.) Realize that you saved over the previous save file and not make a new one and is not stuck in the dungeon team setup.
4.) Proceed to Leroy Jenkins the Dungeon thinking it's only going to be an hour long....
5.) 3 hours later............where dah fuck is the save point DX
6.) Finds a save point, but is completely lost in the dungeon.

Truth be told, all of the ones that I'm watching are pretty dam good.......it's just that too much of something can bad.

Currently watching 9 animes, but there's only 3 standouts: The King's Avatar, Re:Creators (probably the best OST of the season), and Shingeki no Bahamut Virgin Soul.

As for the song, overall good but it feels weak without the original vocals.
