That's why Bolt PP save or w/e it's called exists. It reduces the PP of lightning techs by 10. That's a lot! 15PP zonde OP. 18 PP gizonde OP. Dx

lawl, I've taken to calling myself a "storm" and using only Lightning, Wind, and Dark techs.(storms are dark, ya'know.) Default Lightning because I still love those techs.
