US vita, downloaded from psn, but like I said, only certain ISP can connect to pso2.jp normally. If you can access pso2.jp with no problems loading page, then np, if not you'll need alternative methods of connecting

Front page of the website has links to several online vendors, and the game supports super low end Graphics like I have lol. I play with no shaders on and graphic level 2. As for imported package the current one should be an Episode 3 bundle but the previous episode bundles miiight be a bit cheaper or outrageously over priced.

Any Ps Vita can run the game BUT you have to have the system set to Japan upon initial setup. Theres special packages that you can be import that comes with a physical copy of the game and a bevy of special goodies like in game premium currency, tokens for special costumes, and a free like limited membership. (Game is free to play with things you can buy with real money)
