How do I change picture logo?

Alright I was just trying to figure out how to change that PsoBB logo on my characters. For example mine is just a simple pic of Psobb, while others have a picture of an owl for instance. I was hoping someone could tell me how to do this.

Create team
Quit PSO
Change flag.bmp image for 1 you like and rename the new image flag.bmp
Enter PSO
Got o the lobby counter and check for the team options to load the new flag.bmp image
Accept the new image
