This is actually a really good chart, showing you what the odds are that you'll have to ride out a losing streak of various lengths.
While the odds of preceding events don't matter, using odds to guess a safe number of times you should expect to cover your bet is pretty reasonable. There's a ~3% chance you go broke if you bet high enough that the 6th bet is the last one where you can't double your coins again.
